Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the MobiRich mobile application (the "Service") operated by MobiRich ("us", "we", or "our").


Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

MobiRich is a tool for Mobile Network Quality Assurance. By installing the App, you agree to allow your device to act as a "Test Node" to send and receive test SMS messages. This helps telecom operators and aggregators worldwide to verify the deliverability of their routes.

2. User Obligations and Carrier Plans

2.1 SMS Costs
You acknowledge that the App uses your SIM card to send and receive SMS.


  • - User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your mobile carrier plan includes "Unlimited SMS" or a sufficient SMS allowance.
  • - Charges: MobiRich is NOT responsible for any charges, fees, or overage costs incurred by your mobile carrier resulting from the operation of the App. If you do not have an appropriate plan, you must not use the SMS testing features.

2.2 Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service:

  • - On devices that you do not own or have explicit permission to use.
  • - In a way that violates your mobile carrier's Terms of Service.
  • - To engage in spamming, harassment, or any illegal activity.
  • - Using emulators, bots, or virtualized environments.

3. Rewards and Payouts

  • - Accumulation: You earn credits for successful test messages processed by your device, as displayed in the App dashboard.
  • - Withdrawal: Payouts are subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds and may require verification of your identity to prevent fraud.
  • - Rights to Withhold: We reserve the right to withhold payouts if we detect suspicious activity, such as artificial inflation of test traffic or use of SIM farms.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MobiRich be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:


  • - Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • - Any SMS charges billed by your mobile carrier.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
